we liked everything at hollywood including facilities and food. honestly no reason to complain. great place for city trip in jakarta. in front of the airport, 15 km.

Stayed here for New Year's and the location was really convenient, close to all the festivities. There was air conditioning and hot water, which was a relief from the heat. The bed was decently comfortable and the room was relatively affordable.

That's where the positives ended. The room was absolutely disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in ages.

Spent a lovely Christmas in Jakarta and stayed in a hotel that had two amazing features: a beautiful pool area, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options from local to international cuisine. the hotel was located in a very convenient area, close to many restaurants and shopping centers which made exploring the city very easy.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance as some of the facilities were not functioning properly. the bathroom in our room had a faulty shower that made the water temperature fluctuate unexpectedly.
